This is the platform we love for building websites. It’s intuitive, simple & easy to customize.
Kajabi
The kahuna of course platforms. Their all-in-one ability and simple set-up is what we appreciate.
Teachable
A great entry-point option for hosting your course if you’re not quite ready to make the jump to Kajabi.
Google Domains
We often get asked where to purchase domains. We like to keep it simple and go with Google because you can link your email seamlessly!

Flodesk
For the longest time, we were big Mailchimp fans. But we recently started using Flodesk and we’ve been hooked since sending our first email.
Canva
As a creative team, we love using Canva as a simple online design tool both for our brand and for our clients.

This is a social media planner & scheduler. The biggest thing we love about it? You can do it all from your desktop!
Unsplash
If you’re looking for a selection of beautiful, free images to use for your marketing and brand, Unsplash is our go-to.
Moo
Whenever clients ask where they should get anything printed, we always recommend Moo. Their product quality is stunning, and their support team has always been amazing to deal with.
SwagUp
We just recently found this company, but they are SO cool. If you’re wanting to print branded items or create welcome kits, this is the place.
Business Tools
Dubsado
This tool literally changed my business. As a creative, this is a CRM tool that houses all of our projects, contracts, workflows, and appointment scheduling. Two words: life.changing.
Acuity
If you’re needing an appointment booking software, we recommend Acuity. It’s professional, customizable, and will save you SO much time.
Notion
This is the platform we use for project management. It’s so customizable to your needs and amazing for keeping things organized, and tasks assigned to the right people.
Typeform
The most beautiful form builder that ever did exist! It makes application forms and surveys simple, fun, and visually stunning.
Loom
If you want to cut out emails and meetings, use Loom! As a designer, this has been amazing to send clients walkthroughs of concepts.
Google Workspace
Our entire business is basically housed in Google Workspace. You can have your email, file storage, and a ton of other things we don’t even know about all in one place!
